26th December 2003 Windsurfing: Brogborough Wind Direction: S, SW Wind Stength: 15 - 28 mph Surf / Sea State: flat Air Temperature: 10 Sea Temperature: cold Weather: cloudy, showers Max Speed: Distance Covered: Arrived at Brog about 10.30 am was already quiet windy and people rigging already, more escapees from family christmas's Had a wind was very up and down couldn't decide between 6.3 or 7.0. I decided on the 6.3 as if the wind picked up as forcast I could put in on smaller board Wind was very gusty up and down could of done with a 8.5 one minute or a 5.5 the next. not nice conditons other than it was quite warm for time of year no gloves today. Wind got a bit more constant and had a better sail later on in the day As normal just as I packed up the wind really picked up but it was getting dark |
